Description

The SCM Team leader, reporting to SCM Manager, is a key role in the Supply Chain Organization to execute efficiently operations for the assigned business process, function, or area.

This function is new and you will get a chance to build up your team and choose your team members. Your role will be 50% people management-oriented and 50% operations.

YOUR daily agenda will include the following activities:
  • Manage GBS SCM team members daily providing direction and problem solving
  • Create an individual development plan for GBS SCM team members, regular 1to1 sessions, team meetings, development, performance reviews....
  • Track and meet processes' KPIs and implement countermeasures when required
  • Develop internal controls to achieve and improve processes' KPIs
  • Define and balance GBS SCM members' workload
  • Develop, coordinate and implement continuous improvement actions
  • Supervise Transportation activities (transport scheduling, track and trace, invoice processing, and claims resolution)
  • Supervise Material Planning activities (demand analysis, PO creation, inventory control, and delivery follow up)
  • Manage and update GBS SCM's administrative files

Requirements

Would you like to become our new Team Leader?
We will gladly get in touch if you have:
  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance/ Supply Chain Management or relevant
  • Experience in SCM Department is a plus
  • Previous experience from the environment of Shared service center
  • Min 2 years of experience with leading and developing people
  • Advanced knowledge of MS-Office (MS Excel – advanced – tables, charts, formulas, pivot tables, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
  • ERP experience is a must (SAP)
  • Effective Executive presentation skills
