Senior Supply Chain Specialist with German language

What would be your daily tasks?
  • Maintaining and reporting performance SCM metrics.
  • Data management and maintenance.
  • Documenting and create work instructions assigned SCM processes
  • Facilitating internal customer calls and updates
  • Maintain and Deliver Reports at specified time
  • Report Creation from using multiple sources
  • Vali-date Clean or Correct ERP Data
  • Scheduling for International and Domestic shipments (Ground, Ocean and Air Transportation)
  • Track and Trace for International and Domestic shipments (Ground, Ocean and Air Transportation)
  • Claims Resolution with carrier and shippers
  • Freight cost reporting
  • BOM modification based on internal user request
  • Request material to suppliers based on inventory design
  • Follow up supplier shipments and confirm material receipt
  • Create manual shipping order on ERP
  • Maintenance of Customer service orders


  • Business education degree or adequate professional experience focusing on Business Administration/Industrial Engineering/Manufacturing is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in SSC department
  • Advanced user of MS Excel
  • Experience with SAP system is an advantage
  • Analytical mind
  • Advanced knowledge of English and German language
