Sales Administrator

As Sales Administrator, you will cooperate with the Sales Supervisor/Finance Department Manager and support all sales activities in GBS Marelli.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Ensuring administration of customer portals
• Maintenance of master data in SAP
• Supporting RFQ (request for quotation) process
• Preparing price offers, and price calculations
• Support of sales representatives in various countries with their sales processes and administration

What makes you the best candidate?

• Experience in the automotive industry is huge advantage
• Skilled in business administration, controlling, logistics, or any other relevant field
• Skilled user of MS Excel
• Fluency in the English language min B2
• Knowledge or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, other)
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• High level of proactivity
• Willingness to learn, develop and teach other team members
