R&D Controller (Research and Development)

Main responsibilities include:

• Financials Reporting and cost controlling: Reporting Actual / Budget / Forecast and variance analysis; PR (Purchase Request) monitor and pre-check; Continuous Full Year estimate
• Follow-up of the Spending and respect of Marelli DoA
• Support the R&D Manager to respect spending target
• Deliver R&D by Nature (also in HFM) and by Project
• Support the preparation of short and medium terms Planning Processes (Forecast, Budget, MTP) with details by Nature and by Project
• Set-up of standard Methodologies, Libraries, Tools, Solutions and implementing Best Practices
• Grant alignment on the figures between Business and FP&A
• Ad hoc analysis

• Preferable a degree in Economics or MBA after a degree in Engineering
• Fluent knowledge of the English language
• Advanced user of MS Office Excel
• SAP and HFM – hyperion financial management) knowledge is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
