Controller for Headquarter

The main goal of your position is to help Senior Controller who is responsible for managing all the operative closing activities of the Italian Central Functions Entities, preparation of variances analysis and Forecasting / Budgets
Headquarter in Italy has approximately 500 employees who are supporting their production plants and R&D centers in EMEA region. We would prefer candidates with SSC and/or automotive background (ideally with both)

The team consists of 3 people covering the following activities:

• Accounting tasks

o Monthly SAP closing: invoices/recharges process, accruals posting after analysis and discussion with functions,
o Daily management of all issues regarding: incorrect/blocked invoices (manage anomalies, checking with functions with reference to Purchase Order/GR), Intra-divisional report to be share with Business Unit and send to GBS for accounting

• Reporting tasks

o HFM upload Italian Central Functions base entities P&L, BS, + all HFM reports required for every monthly closing (Cost centers, fixed expenses, ageing…)
o Maintenance of system for data migration SAP->HFM (rules, accounts, manual reclassifications and entries in HFM)
o Analysis by cost center (SAP download, summary and variance)
o Variance analysis of monthly Result compared with Budget / Forecast
o Intercompany matching reconciliation

• Planning / Budgeting tasks

o Consolidation of input receive by functions for OPEX, Headcounts/labor and CAPEX
o Preparation of P&L and BS to be uploaded in HFM
o Upload of monthly budget: P&L, BS and Report in HFM

• Purchase request management for Italian Central Function

o Maintenance of all Release Strategy of PR
o Checking Budget coverage for all NEW PR
o First Approval

• Treasury tasks

o daily forecast upload in Kyriba

• Other

o IFRS 16 reconciliation of SAP data with Leaza-tool data

You will take the supporting function for the Senior Controller and help him/her with various activities and analyses.

Are you someone with:

• Economic background from university studies
• SSC background in a combination with automotive experience is preffered
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in controlling function
• Basic skills in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analyses, as well as accounting
• Advanced skills in SAP (must to have)
• Fluent level of English language
• Good communication and interaction skills- you are able to establish relationships with different stakeholders and communicate with various people on a global level
• Experience from an international environment

Up to 80% HOME OFFICE, if needed (even after covid-19 situation)
